Challenges along the way

Demetra brought a set of exciting challenges, focused on transforming a complex credit application process into an intuitive experience for users with limited mobile skills.

Challenge 1 - FINDING SIMPLICITY IN COMPLEXITY

Applying for online credit can be daunting, especially for users with limited tech skills. Starting from scratch with the Demetra app, we faced a complex business process.

To address this, we developed multiple iterations and integrated various departments to simplify the online credit application process. By using wireframes and rapid prototyping, we developed a user-friendly solution in record time, positively impacting Agricover’s existing workflows.

Challenge 2 - A SMOOTH BACK-OFFICE PLATFORM

An ambitious app requires a robust back-office platform, allowing operators to easily access user information, request additional details, and approve submissions.

Our mission was to build this platform from scratch, making sure that every process was simple, efficient, and intuitive for operators. We achieved this by implementing streamlined navigation, providing quick access to all necessary functions, and using visual cues to enhance usability.

The Results

We delivered a user-friendly mobile application and a seamless back-office platform, designed to be intuitive and accessible for users of all tech skill levels. These solutions were thoroughly validated through rigorous usability testing, confirming their ease of use and effectiveness.
